One of the biggest problems that I have trouble controlling mentally and physically is my eating habits. I like to eat as do most people. And though I don’t eat poorly, I don’t always eat balanced either. I don’t always get the right amount of fruits, veggies, whole grains, protein. or dairy. Your body is make up of about 60 – 70% water and you lose it constantly. When your body is depleted of water, most people will notice that he or she starts to get a headache or become light-headed. I know for me I get headaches and I can’t figure out from where it came. It usually occurs because I haven’t had enough water.
