One of the biggest problems that I have trouble controlling mentally and physically is my eating habits. I like to eat as do most people. And though I don’t eat poorly, I don’t always eat balanced either. I don’t always get the right amount of fruits, veggies, whole grains, protein. or dairy. It’s not just about focusing on one area of food, its about balance and having the right amount of each food group. Check out Choose My Plate for more info about balanced eating. So the summer is upon us…pretty much…and my hair is already starting to take a beating. I know that some of you all are having or are about to have the same issue. Dry ends or dry hair in general, breakage, seeming lack of growth….these are signs that something needs to change!! So I am proposing a hair boot camp. A concentrated, focused amount of time and energy to get the results that you want. But…summer weather is not the only culprit in this battle of health, oh no…YOU ARE!
