As I was thinking of what to do for my last challenge, I came across this inspirational morning message from one of my facebook friends Jesskiah!  You can check her out here: {ROOT/TIME} NTARY   She has a different message almost everyday, but this particular one….I needed this one.

“Today, let’s get rid of bad habits. We use that famous line ‘Well… it’s not THAT bad!’ or we try to compare our bad habit to something totally terrible just to minimize it and make ourselves feel better about it.


Call that thing what it is! Call that habit by name so you can take control and get rid of it properly. While we are trying to make nice and be comfortable with the things that could potentially destroy us…remember forest fire doesn’t start out as a RAGING ball of flames…it only takes a spark.

Let’s make it a good one! Kick your own butt today…so no one else has to.”

My last challenge to you is this: Start kicking some bad habits!!  Make a list of habits you want to change.  Instead of only drinking soda and juice, drink water.  Instead of going to get your hair done all the time, learn to do somethings yourself.  Watch less tv, and be more physically active.  Making simple changes can save time, money, and stress.  Know that removing bad habits does not happen over night.  You took time to build the habits, and it will take time to break them. I’ve made my list….what will be on yours!  Best of luck!
