Hello Good People! So I finally have the time to write about the World Natural Hair Show! My friend and I had such a great time. We bought a few goodies, took a few pictures, and had a good time! We even ran into one of our favorite bloggers! Although I did not spend a lot of money (thankfully), I did pick up a couple of items that I love and of course got some new ones too! I have products from Shea Radiance, Obia Natural Hair Care, Reciprocitee, Shea Moisture, and many samples! All of the items are hair products, with the exception of the Shea Moisture. This products was a body butter that I am in love with!!! As many of you know, I am a DIE-HARD CurlBOX supporter! Every since I could get on the (which like many of you took some time), I have faithfully been charged $20 a month and received an amazing curlBOX full of all kinds of delicious goodies for my hair! I’ve received 8 boxes (July to February), in addition to shopping the cB Black Friday Sale. Within that time I am proud to say that I have found soooooo many products that I LOVE. These are products that I will purchase after I run out vs. waiting on my next box to see what new items I will get, so… I canceled my subscription to curlBOX. I firmly believe that this company is about helping women of color try the best products out there for our hair, whether relaxed or natural. But, it is also about helping you find what works…

Hey Everybody!! Its Black History Month! As some of you may remember, last year I did Black Fact February to celebrate our rich history! This year I get to do something very different! I was asked to participate in the “#FreeToBeMe”Giveaway sponsored by African Pride. I am currently a BIG fan of their Shea Miracle Bouncy Curl Pudding that I received in my October curlBOX!! African Pride Hair Care continues the conversation surrounding the brand’s nationally charged “My Pride. My Way” campaign just in time for Black History Month. “My Pride.
